I did end up getting my refund, so that was good!! The only thing is the return process felt slower than I expected, which was a little frustrating.

I usually assume clothing orders are going to show up a little squished or tossed around, but this one came packed really nicely. The box wasn’t crushed, the wrapping wasn’t messy, and the clothes were folded neatly like someone actually took a minute with it. Everything felt protected, so I was happy when I opened it.

Checkout was easy enough, like it all went smoothly. The payment page loaded fast and my discount code worked on the first try, which was nice. No weird extra steps or anything.

Not sure I’d buy clothes from here again, honestly. I ended up returning the set, and the return process was more annoying than I expected. I ordered my usual size, but the pants were way too tight, while the top had this boxy fit that just didn’t work for me. The sizing felt really off overall.

I really like the styles they have, but the sizes sell out way too fast. Every time I find something I actually want, my size is gone. It’s frustrating because it keeps happening over and over. Cute stuff, but it’s almost always out of stock when I’m ready to buy

I sent my return back and I’m still waiting on the refund. What’s making it worse is that customer service tells me one thing, then the email says another, so I have no idea what’s actually going on. I’ve asked for a clear date but keep getting vague replies. it’s been really frustrating and I don’t think I’ll shop here again

I ordered two tops and a skirt from Urban Revivo, and the knit top was the biggest surprise because it feels really soft, way better than I expected, and not itchy at all, which is always my main worry with knitwear.
The skirt is nice too and still looks good on, but the fabric is a bit thinner than it looked in the photos, so overall I’d say the quality is decent for the price, just make sure you read the fabric details before buying.

I swear the styles looked super trendy on the website, but once they showed up, it was a whole different story. The material felt kind of cheap, the designs looked awkward in person, and the fit was just... weird. Like, why does it sit like that? I wanted to like them, but they’re not my style at all

The shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t anything too dramatic. I think I checked the tracking way too many times, mostly because I’m impatient, but when everything arrived, the clothes looked like the photos and the sizing was mostly accurate.

Overall, I’m happy with what I got. It feels like a good place to grab trendy pieces without spending a ton, especially if you’re not in a huge rush to get your order...

The tracking was mostly fine for me. I got the email updates and could see when the package was moving, which was helpful because I kept checking it during lunch for some reason. It did sit on the same status for a couple of days, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on, but it still showed up within the expected time. Box was fine too, just had a little corner dent. Overall, I’m happy enough.
